Information
We offer a 2 year warranty on any manufacturing defects on all of our products.
If you have a SUP, inflatable kayak or dinghy that you want fixed, send us an email on support@ritzkayaks.com with all the necessary information.
Make sure to include:
Equipment needing repair
Photo of receipt and date of purchase (if purchased from us)
Brand and model name Description of problem
