Stellar 18′ Surf Ski (S18S X)
The S18S X uses the S18S G2 platform and reduces weight and price by eliminating hatches. With its fast hull shape and narrow catch, the light weight of the S18S X can give you the edge in your next race.
The rocker profile is optimized for efficient paddling and catching waves. All done without losing any stability and staying within USCA fast sea kayaks regulations. The DeBrito bailer makes for dry starts, paddles and rapid water removal. Under-stern/over-stern fittings, side handles, water bottle holder, carbon handles at each end, leash attachment and deck bungees still come standard on the Stellar S18S X. Making this a boat you need to put in your fleet.

Alpha – Woven
Weight: 25.6 lbs / 11.63 kg
Description: Extremely stiff and light – The ultimate paddling machine that is also easy to move off of the water. Clear finished, heat cured epoxy woven Toray 3k Carbon Fiber laminate with Nomex® Honeycomb Core.
Weight: 25.7 lbs / 11.7 kg
Description: Very stiff and light, yet more affordable than the Ultra. Kevlar® adds impact strength to the laminate – Gelcoat finished heat cured epoxy Kevlar® and Fiberglass laminate with Nomex® Honeycomb Core. Great for racing, or those looking for a light boat, but not as impact resistant as the Multi-sport or Advantage constructions.
Weight: 33.3 lbs / 15.1 kg
Description: Single skin laminate hull made of Carbon & Kevlar® fabric, with clear gelcoat finish, and the deck is the standard Advantage construction. The hull is designed to be flexible and durable, but creates a stiff boat that can take some abuse in the class I and II rapids and shallows, but is also at home in the ocean or the flats. The Surf Ski Multi-Sport construction comes standard with an over-stern rudder and fittings for an under-stern rudder, as well as a flush mounted Andersen Super mini-bailer.
Weight: 33.9 lbs / 15.4 kg
Description: Great combination of weight, stiffness, durability and cost. Gelcoat finished heat cured infused epoxy Fiberglass and Soric® core laminate is very tough and resists against punctures. A great race boat on a tight budget. The Advantage hits the mark for price to weight ratio for most kayak paddlers.
